Hi, I'm Elisha, the founder and owner of CAKED, based in Co. Louth, Ireland.

What started as a hobby quickly became an obsession, I knew that baking and cake decorating was the only career path I wanted to pursue. With over 8 years of experience in the world of cake making, I founded CAKED over 5 years ago, and since then, I’ve been crafting beautiful, bespoke cakes that bring joy to every occasion.

I hold a BSc in Baking and Pastry Arts Management from TUD, and my true passion lies in creating clean, classic, and timeless cakes. I specialize in buttercream designs with that extra touch of elegance. As a perfectionist, I believe in the power of attention to detail, ensuring that each cake is a true work of art. Every cake is made with care and precision by me, and my goal is always the same: to bring you joy through cake.
