How exciting—you're one step closer to your big day! Once you’ve locked in your wedding date, please reach out via our Custom Contact Form to check availability. To ensure each cake receives the care and attention it deserves, I take on a limited number of wedding cake orders each year. To secure your date, I recommend booking as early as possible.

Booking & Initial Quotation
A €100 non-refundable booking fee is required to confirm your reservation. Based on the details you provide, you will receive an initial quote tailored to your cake size, design preferences, and delivery requirements. Final pricing will be confirmed once the design is finalized. For a rough idea of starting prices for different cake sizes, please refer to the Wedding Cake Price Guide.

Bespoke Design Process
Creating your wedding cake is a truly collaborative process. I’ll work closely with you via email to bring your vision to life, drawing inspiration from your venue, colour palette, florals, and overall wedding aesthetic. Confirming Your Order
Once we’ve locked in the design details, you’ll receive a final quotation. If you’re happy to move forward, You'll receive an order form along with the terms and conditions for your signature. An invoice will also be provided with a breakdown of your total cost, minus any booking fee already paid. The remaining balance is due 4 weeks before your wedding day.

The Big Day – Your in Safe Hands!
On the day of your celebration, you can trust CAKED to deliver & set up your cake beautifully, ensuring that the cake arrives safely. I will coordinate directly with your wedding planner to handle all of the final details. Some cakes may also be available for collection, please email if you would prefer to collect.
