I’m truly passionate about flavours and believe that a wedding cake should be as stunning as it is delicious creating delightful memories for you and your guests. Drawing inspiration from the seasons, I layer vibrant flavours and rich textures to create mouthwatering bites that excite the taste buds. I use only the finest ingredients, like creamy Irish butter, fresh free-range Irish eggs, luxurious Belgian chocolate, aromatic Madagascan vanilla, and seasonal Irish fruits whenever possible. Everything is made from scratch from preserves , zesty curds, to silky caramel.
